Membership Rules
All payments must be on time. In the event that a payment is made after the 5th of the month a new 3-month payment must be made.
All time in studio must be made by making a reservation on the studio calendar with the exception of the fantasy studio which must be called in too studio manager. you may not make a reservation that is with in 30 minutes of a posted reservation.
All members will need to clean and return studio in the same shape as when they arrived.
Hour do not transfers to any one, the member must be present during any rental. You are the responsible party for all your guest. Hours do not transfer to any other month or carry over.
All member will abide by all laws of the land. We will not go into detail other then this.
The Administrator can review your conduct and use of studio time and if He finds that you are acting in a way that is not in keeping with the guidelines He will notify you that you are on probation and that your actions will be closley monitored. If you fail to comply He can cancle your membership and refund any unused protion of your Membership fee.
If you choose to become a member of our studio you will fill out an application and return it to the studio with a good faith refundable deposit of 3 month payment for level 1 and 2 and a 2 month payment for level 3 and 4. Your deposit will be refunded if you are not voted into the membership of the studio.
